We know from experience what it is like when change becomes necessary and the path forward is not yet clear.
During our most recent interim assignment, we transformed a group of companies together with the owner in a short period of time. There, we experienced how our different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives reinforce one another.
Both of us have done intensive inner and spiritual development work, alongside deepening our expertise in transformational and systemic practice. It has taught us to look beyond numbers, structures, and strategy, to what is really going on between people and what blocks movement.
